I\u2019d much rather see you do one or two sets that you actually push hard than three lazy ones. <\/p>\n<p>The last few reps \u2014 the ones that burn and slow down \u2014 that\u2019s where the real growth happens. Don\u2019t stop when it gets uncomfortable. That\u2019s exactly when you need to dig in.<\/p>\n<p>Second, don\u2019t get lost in information overload on social media. Most of the stuff you see just doesn\u2019t matter that much, especially early on. If you\u2019re in the gym, doing basic lifts, and pushing yourself hard \u2014 you will grow. If you enjoy diving into the science and nuances, awesome. But don\u2019t let it overwhelm you. Showing up and working hard matters way more.<\/p>\n<p>And finally, don\u2019t get discouraged by slow progress. It\u2019s normal to compare yourself to influencers, but remember \u2014 they\u2019ve probably been lifting for years. Muscle growth takes time. Stay consistent and you\u2019ll be impressed with where you are in a year from now.
