Mash the berries<br \/>\n2. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine<br \/>\n3. Let sit for at least 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and mixture to thicken<br \/>\n4. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper<br \/>\n5. Let set in the freezer for about Freeze for 1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 hours or until set<br \/>\n6. Melt the chocolate (with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the chocolate (make sure they are fully covered in the chocolate). Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. They will set quite quickly since the jam fillings are frozen. However, the fillings melt quite quickly, so try to dip them as fast as you can. Let the bites defrost before eating!<br \/>\n7. Store in an air tight container in the fridge if you are planning to eat them within 2 days or you can also store them in the freezer where they should last up to a month. Let them defrost for about 20 &#8211; 30 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n<p>peanut butter frozen yogurt bites<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for 6 bites:<br \/>\n1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (240 ml \/ 250 g)<br \/>\n3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter (I use a peanut butter that is 100% made of peanuts)<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 tablespoon maple syrup, to taste<br \/>\noptional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>Topping:<br \/>\n100 g \/ 3.5 oz. 70-80% dark chocolate<br \/>\noptional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil<br \/>\nLightly salted chopped peanuts<\/p>\n<p>1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together<br \/>\n2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper<br \/>\n3. Freeze for 1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 hours<br \/>\n4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the melted chocolate. Tips for dipping the bites: 1. Make sure that the bites are fully frozen before dipping 2. Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before dipping. 3. Dip the bites quickly because the chocolate sets very fast. Melt the chocolate again if it starts to set in the bowl<br \/>\n5. Top the bites with chopped peanuts if you like<br \/>\n6. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer. Let defrost for about 20 &#8211; 30 minutes before serving<\/p>\n<p>healthy brownies<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for about 8 servings:<br \/>\n2 very ripe bananas<br \/>\n1 &#8211; 2 tablespoons maple syrup<br \/>\n1\/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or any other nut butter you like or tahini, I used a peanut butter that is 100% made of peanuts (120 ml)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml)<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking powder<\/p>\n<p>optional topping:<br \/>\ndark chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>1. Put all the ingredients into a blender (except the chocolate chips)<br \/>\n2. Pour into a baking dish (or an oven-safe glass container) lined with parchment paper. Optional: add the chocolate chips on top<br \/>\n3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees \/ 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20 &#8211; 25 minutes<\/p>\n<p>mango frozen yogurt<\/p>\n<p>This makes 2 &#8211; 3 servings:<br \/>\n2 cups frozen mango cubes (480 ml \/ about 300 g)<br \/>\n1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml \/ 250g)<\/p>\n<p>1.
