2026 Fit + Active Schools Face-Off Workout

The West Virginia Fit + Active Schools Face-Off is a school-team-based student fitness competition open to all West Virginia public and non-public elementary and middle schools. This workout serves as both the audition for the competition and what participants must complete during the competition.

Students will be judged on form, intensity, rhythm, stamina, and transitions.
