6 exercises to help manage Peripheral Neuropathy pain symptoms

WELCOME TO EXERCISE FOR HEALTH:
Peripheral Neuropathy is characterised by pain symptoms in the feet and hands which is normally caused by another condition such as Diabetes. In this video I offer 6 exercises you can do at home every day that will take you about 5-10 minutes to help you control the pain. The exercises start at 03:55.
